Returns Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them and candles must be unused. Please contact us at dina.theretrofig@gmail.com for clarification if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at dina.theretrofig@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s).
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and responsible for any repackaging costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in some cases.
Damaged or Defective Items:
